Early Bird Boxing Class (Tuesday Mornings 6.30 - 7.30) Ring Hemi to confirm your place. Suits motivated working people who can come train early morning to extend their energy levels during the day, also gaining box fitness skills, increase self esteem, and promotes general good wellbeing without any facial contact at all, no punches thrown above the shoulder. Boxing is our sport making it safe and enjoyable. The more people that get involved the better the work out is going to be so invite your friends and colleagues and get DESTRESSED! Professional Boxing Training Hemi brings to his training 10 years experience. 64 bouts kickboxing, boxing, professional boxing and International bouts. He welcomes all those who are ready to step up and take their boxing to the next level. Training is only offered to those who can prove that they have what it takes! Mixed Boxing Technique & Fitness Classes FITNESS, FITNESS, FITNESS Womens Fitness & Boxing Classes This class is designed for women who want to get fit have fun and be stimulated at the same time. The trainers will motivate you to reach your personal goals whether it's to loose weight, tone up, get fit or to meet new people, we help you to achieve those goals and have fun at the same time. What ever level of fitness, everyone from young and old are welcome to participate in these classes.
One on One Personal Training Training consists of all of the basic concepts of boxing which inludes: footwork, structure of boxing, balance, technique, stance and all of the pad work combinations. Hit and not get hit, moving targets are hade to hit, so always be moving. Personal training teaches you the difference between boxing, fighting and sparring and give you not only the physical strength but the mind strength and control. Kids Fitness & Boxing Classes This class is designed to keep kids safe, motivated and to build self-esteem in our youth and for them to enjoy training. The training is hard but beneficial and builds responsible young adults. Our trainers have customised an introductory level class for kids of all ages to join in on the fun. Ages start from as young as 5 up to 12 years of age. As they progress in fitness and technique, we step it up in the training. The benifits we strive to achieve is: Motivation, discipline, listening skills, vision, Flexibility, to be humble, self-esteem & muscles building and fitness. Timetable
